Home Delivery Update:IMPORTANT!(parts & Small items are fine home delivery)
Please note that Any Ride Cars & Bikes over 20 kgs cubic weight, one of our freight carriers (TNT) is now charging surcharges for deliveries to residential home deliveries (this includes rural properties and Home offices) and was effective 1st December 2020. To avoid these surcharges ($175.00 ex GST) please ensure that you are shipping to a business or commercial premises. If you are unable to provide a business/commercial address please utilize the depot network. If you have any questions or unsure if your address will be categorized as a business or residential premises please contact our office and we’ll be able to support with your enquiry.
Standard Order Dispatch :
Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
Your order will be dispatched 2-3 business days for all orders placed .
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
Parcels are only can delivered to residential and business addresses. po box not accepted due to size of parcels.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location.
The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.
If you need your order by a certain date give our friendly Customer Service Line a call on 0491 090 221 and they will confirm a delivery date.
STANDARD SHIPPING estimated delivery time AFTER dispatch :
Sydney Metro 5 to 7business days
Regional NSW 5to 7 business days
Melbourne 5 to 7 business days
Regional VIC, Adelaide, SA and TAS 7 to 10 business days
Brisbane 5 to 7 business days
Please note some larger items are not eligible for delivery to some regional and remote areas of Australia.
Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ RTS Orders
We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection.
Please note : if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your store credit.
As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.
Please note Vertrouwen Investment will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.
